P3 Training has been created for the most dedicated & determined athletes. For the athletes who dream of playing at their highest level and are willing to push their limits to get there! Our sessions will systematically teach you the individual skills, style of play, & decision making that will allow your game to eventually translate to the highest levels of the sport.

P3 uses a systematic and research backed approach with athletes, taking into account age, skill level, and end goal. Initial sessions are used as assessments with subsequent workouts geared towards skill acquisition of real game skills that translate to live game play.
